CartNXS does not act as a data controller or data processor with respect to such customer business data.

All customer data flows directly between systems controlled by the Customer and third-party platforms.

CartNXS may collect limited information necessary to operate and support the Service, including business contact information such as name, email address, company name, account credentials, authentication details, system logs, error metadata, and basic website analytics data.

5. Use of Information

Information collected by CartNXS is used solely to operate, maintain, secure, and support the Service, communicate with Customers, manage accounts and billing, and comply with applicable legal obligations. CartNXS does not sell personal information.

6. Data Security

CartNXS implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information it collects. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and CartNXS cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Processing

Information collected by CartNXS may be processed and stored in locations where CartNXS or its service providers operate.

Operational and account-related information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
